Rodrigo Doria received the electrical engineering degree and M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Centro Universitário FEI, Brazil, in 2003 and 2007, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree in the area of harmonic distortion in multiple gate transistors from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, in 2010. From November 2009 to March 2010 he was with Tyndall National Institute, Ireland, working on the electrical characterization of Junctionless transistors. He was a Post-Doc researcher at the Centro Universitário FEI where he works with simulation and characterization of multiple gate transistors at room and cryogenic temperatures between 2011 and 2014. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at Centro Universitário FEI.
